Work Schedule: M-F, 8 am – 5pm

Position Summary:
The Helping Out People Everywhere (HOPE) Team is a mobile crisis response team by Mind OC which also runs the Be Well Coalition. Under direct supervision of the Team Leader, or City Supervisor for the HOPE team, this position provides support and case management services to residents referred by the HOPE Crisis Response Team.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, twist, squat, kneel, push, pull and lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or less as well as to frequently sit, walk, reach, bend and do simple and power grasping. The position requires to drive and frequent Hazardous Exposure (Blood Borne Pathogens, hospital waste, Chemicals & Infections).
